Campus Store Shipping

The UCCS Campus Store utilizes a flat shipping model and provides the following options:
  • In-Store Pick Up/On-Campus Housing: Free
  • Standard Ground via UPS or USPS: $11.95
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $39.95
  • UPS Next Day Air: $79.95
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are NOT considered shipping business days.

As of July 1st, 2024, the State of Colorado requires a $0.29 delivery fee for all packages delivered within the State of Colorado. For any orders within the State of Colorado, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are unavailable.

Graduation Diploma Frames shipped via Standard Ground have a shipping rate of $20.00 as they are insured in case of any loss or damages.
Any orders placed over $175.00 before tax (excluding Graduation Diploma Frames) are eligible for free shipping.


Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed within 48 hours and acquired by UPS/USPS Monday - Friday before 2PM. Orders placed Friday after 2PM or Saturday will be processed within 24 business hours and shipped out the next business day. Customers will receive tracking information via the email provided once the order has shipped.
  • On-Campus Housing orders will be delivered to the Alpine or Summit Housing front desk
In-Store orders will be processed within 48 hours and customers will receive an e-mail when orders are ready for pick-up. Please have your order number ready when coming in-store for pick up. For In-Store pickup information, please visit here: https://www.uccsbookstore.com/returns.

If there are any delays or issues with processing an order, customers will be notified via the email/phone number provided for any updates or issues that may occur. Otherwise, orders will be cancelled after 48 hours of contact if there is no response.

ONCE ITEMS ARE ACQUIRED BY UPS/USPS, THE UCCS CAMPUS STORE IS NO LONGER LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY OR HANDLING.

Refunds on Shipping Charges:
Shipping refunds only apply to orders that were fulfilled incorrectly by the UCCS Campus Store or damaged items. Customers are responsible for shipping postage for any returns or exchanges. Return policies begin upon delivery/pick up of orders and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the UCCS Campus Store to begin any return/exchange process.
