All first-generation UCCS graduates will have the opportunity to receive a first-generation cord recognizing and honoring that they are the first in their family to receive a four-year bachelor’s degree in the United States. An email will go out to first-generation graduates in April with details on how to receive their stole. If you are first-generation and do not receive that email, please reach out to UCCS First2Go at first2go@uccs.edu.
